Help with the game

Include your player name, device/browser, approximate time, room code and the steps that caused the issue. A screenshot can help. Do not send your room access token, password, verification code or full payment-card details.

The email automatic reply acknowledges receipt. Support is handled by Admins; no guaranteed response time is offered for general enquiries.

Privacy and unwanted contact

Open the player’s menu above room chat and choose Report player to select an unwanted message. Mute room chat or a player to hide incoming chat and reminders on your device. Email the same address for access/correction/deletion requests, complaints, concerns about a chat restriction or unwanted contact. Reports are reviewed by Admins; this is not a live emergency service. Give enough detail to identify the issue without including unnecessary personal information. You can also use Data & privacy on the game’s Home Screen. See the Privacy Policy for your rights and the effect of deletion.

Payments

Premium costs £4.99 once, with no subscription. Sign in to the purchasing account and use Restore purchase if access is missing. For refunds, duplicate charges or payment problems, contact the address above with your receipt reference and purchase date. Do not send money or card details by email. Nothing on this page limits your legal rights.
